Research Specialisms
My main research interests include British literature of the Nineteenth century (in particular the fin de siècle period), the Gothic, the relationship between art, writing and gender, and contemporary poetry, in particular women’s poetry. More recent and current research has focused on food and eating in relation to literature and critical and cultural theory.
